Replacing a memory

I recently contacted smokezilla regarding a lighter case that my gf had given me that I really loved. It just fit my persona perfectly and it was one of my favorite things. I lost it in some way or another and it really bothered me. I see a lot of this type of stuff, smokezilla cases, in the truck stops I guess at so I decided to message them and asked if they had the one I lost. THEY DID! I ordered a replacement immediately. Unfortunately no longer had the color but the black one was just as cool. Even sent me a bonus gift with hand written thank yous attached to the bags. Definitely appreciate the time they took to help me out and I will definitely buy their stuff again
