Glow in the Dark Locking Black Box

I purchased a lock bag from a local cigarette store and I couldn't figure the locking out on the bag... kept having problems with it... even the employees that worked at this place " Low Bobs" Goshen road in Fort Wayne Indiana " didn't know anything about the product they were selling to people and do when I tried to return the bag to them they refused to take it back even with my receipt... they all of a sudden told me that all sales were final and they couldn't help me... so I emailed the smokezilla website and explained my situation, and without hesitation no questions asked they credited me in the amount of what the bag cost me.. I was so happy..... I will be buying the rest of my smoking accessories from smokezilla and definitely NOT our local Lowbobs here in fort Wayne Indiana... thanks a million again employees at the smokezilla website.... you guys are AWESOME....
